Stephen Parker successfully acquired three contiguous vacant residential lots in the prestigious city of Piedmont and accomplished the development plan to entitle all three lots.

He built one luxury residence at 5 Maxwelton, which he used as his personal home, while selling the other two fully entitled lots to another developer. The investment strategy was to leverage the entitlement process, sell entitled construction ready lots, ultimately allowing him to own and live in his residence at a reduced cost of entry.
