We are West Berkeley, flats people. Karen is a Berkeley mom with twins at Rosa Parks. Stephen is a Cal alumni, swims at West Campus Pool and tries to control his spending at Berkeley Bowl.
We want to bring a new way of homeownership along the San Pablo corridor.
We want to create residential units, reusing existing buildings, based on a budget that our Berkeley friends and family can afford.
We want to create a solution for people who "can't afford to buy" in Berkeley.
