Sparker RED acquired 2362 & 2364 San Pablo Ave in Berkeley, a 2-unit commercial property, and transformed it into two thoughtfully designed residential condominiums. The building previously housed "California Office Machines," Berkeley's last typewriter repair business, which was Black-owned and featured in the 2016 Tom Hanks documentary, California Typewriter.
